Cancelation Policy 

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to do this then you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment cost prior to reboooking. This is due to late notice cancellations do not give me enough time to fill the appointment slot. I hope you can understand.  

Colours and Patch Testing

Prior to having a colour service you must have a patch/skin test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. This is to make sure you have no adverse reactions to the hair dye. This is for your safety. A patch test must be done every 6 months as over time there is a very small chance that our bodies can become illergic to hair dyes that have previously been fine. 

Your Information and Privacy 

I will only ever use any information I have to contact you regarding your hair appointment. No information would ever be shared to a third party.

Service Satisfaction

If you feel unhappy with the service provided then you must make me aware of this at the time of the appointment, so that it can be resolved at the time of your apointment. Being a mobile hairdresser means every client I see, I am incurring a cost for driving to your location and my time for this.

 I do not offer full refunds. I will always do my best to ensure every client looks and feels amazing and if that means something needs to be tweaked, then thats not a problem at all as my goal is to make you and your hair feel great! 

Terms and Conditions for Special Offers

Refer a friend discount will apply once both people have booked thier hair appointment.

Leaflet special offer can only be used once. The discount will be applied for your first hair serivce appointment. Valid up until the date shown on the leaflet.

You are free to use the leaflet discount for your first hair appointment and then to refer a friend for  discount on your second hair service. 

The refer a friend discount and leaflet special offer cannot be used together at the same time.
